The women at the front desk who was also the one who was the phlebotomist was kinda short and rude when I walked in and when the other staff told her that I needed blood drawn she was very short with them twice but fine when the Dr came in to talk to her. She was better with me when she drew my blood and was very talkative. I work in a medical office and would be upset if someone was talking to my staff or their coworkers like she had.

Dr hinting is sweet and so willing to help with anything. She listen to me and give me all her thought and help me with issues I have.

The facility is very clean, everyone was professional and friendly. I do think there could be better signage in the lobby, as it was somewhat confusing to find. Dr. Meade is amazing. Takes the time to answer your questions, makes you feel comfortable, never feel rushed, great bedside manner.

I thought the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Hinting was so nice and easy to talk to. Shes very thorough. I loved her. I recommended her to my sister.

I liked the Dr. Brown and what she said. When it was time for the exam she it was the most painful and rough exam I’ve ever been through. I held back tears. I did gasp. She even asked me where it hurt. I said inside me where her fingers were. Felt like she was digging her finger nails in. Definitely going to speak with her about having a gentler touch. It was horrific. If your patient grimaces in pain. A Dr. Should know to back off. When she asks and says yes your causing her pain, stop, immediately.

I usually don't like telehealth appt but Dr Schmidt some how mKes a call personable. I'm changing meds which men's I'm decreasing one and adding another,which takes time. I feel she asjs all the right questions and she aswers all mine.
A great ongoing experience.
